FAQ's Security: Has never yet been a problem for us, on phone or web orders. Our web orders generally are processed through our secure server. Periodically, when this server is down, our simplest solution is to guarantee the first $50 of any credit card loss you might incur and your credit card company covers the balance. You have a far greater chance that VISA itself will be hacked (virtually nil) than any chance of loss through our server. Occasionally, when our encryption fails, it fails on our end and we (and no one else) are able to recover your card number. It's just gone. In that case, we call you and ask for the number over the phone. Please feel free to ask any questions that you feel necessary to insure that you are talking to us. We will know more about the products you are interested in than any hacker, and should be able to reassure you that you are indeed talking to us here at the Villa. Privacy and Mailing lists: All of the information that you give us to process your order is used only by us! We do not exchange lists of any kind with anyone. All transactions are kept strictly confidential! Return Policy: Any items purchased from us may be returned in original condition for any reason for a full refund or exchange. Its that simple. Just repack the item, and send it back to us with a note as to what you would prefer...a exchange for a different item, a store credit toward another purchase, or your original credit card credited for the original amount of the item. No hassles. If you're in a hurry for a replacement item, call us to reorder the new items and then return the original item(s). We'll credit your card as soon as we receive the return. Shipping: We are not in the shipping business. We are
in the clothing business. We will ship your garment to you at no charge if you
purchased it in the store and you have had a chance to try it on, and alter it if
necessary. If you order from the web or by mail, we will charge you a nominal
charge of $8.00 to ship your selections. We ship all items UPS Ground
service. Expedited UPS shipping is available for rush items. Call us and
we'll tell you what UPS will charge us... and that's your fee. |
