Returns

Returns are easy at The Villa. Simply repackage the item(s) in a suitable box or shipping bag, affix the proper postage and return the item to us from any postal location or shipping store. Please include a brief description of the reason for your return. 

 Upon receipt of your returned item, your credit card will be credited for the original cost of the item(s) returned. Original shipping will not be credited.

Ursula gowns are one exception to this policy. Be sure to check the Ursula Size chart before ordering. As an exception to our open return policy, all orders for Ursula gowns are returnable for store credit only and also carry a $50 restocking charge.

Exchanges

If you need to make an exchange, just call us toll-free at 1-866-543-2181, between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. CST, Monday through Saturday, and we'll send your replacement item right away. 

To exchange by mail, write down the reason for the exchange and the necessary information so that we may send you the new item and enclose it in the box. Be sure to include a phone number and time of day that you can be reached should we have a question with your request. Take the box to the post office or shipping store and affix the proper postage. Your exchange will be processed upon receipt of your package.
